Campaign Brief & Onboarding

We document everything into a formal campaign brief — creator criteria, content formats, brand guidelines, approval workflow, and delivery timeline. This becomes the operating document for the entire engagement.

You review and sign off before anything moves forward. Nothing begins without your approval.

Creator Sourcing & Vetting

Week 1–2 ⏱ 7–10 business days

We search our network and conduct targeted outreach to identify micro-influencers who match your brief. Every creator goes through a vetting process: audience quality, engagement authenticity, content style, niche alignment, and past brand work.

You receive a shortlist for review. You can request swaps. We don't move to outreach until you're satisfied with the roster.

Outreach, Agreements & Logistics

Week 2–3 ⏱ 5–7 business days

Once the creator roster is approved, we handle all outreach, negotiations, and agreements. We coordinate product dispatch, confirm posting timelines, and ensure every creator is fully briefed before they receive your products.

Content Creation & Approval

Creators produce content according to the brief. We review every piece before it goes to you — checking for brand alignment, quality, and brief compliance. You receive content for a final review round with the option to request revisions.

Revision cycles are structured and bounded. We manage creator communication throughout — you don't interact with them directly unless you want to.
