Honest answers to the questions we hear most often. If yours isn't here, book a call — we're happy to talk it through.
Influnest is a done-for-you creator and content system for Indian beauty and skincare brands. We source micro-influencers, manage every campaign touchpoint, and deliver high-quality UGC content — all handled by our team so you don't have to manage it yourself.
We're positioned less as a traditional agency and more as a structured execution partner. The goal is to build your brand a repeatable content system, not just run one-off campaigns.
We work exclusively with Indian beauty and skincare brands — including makeup, haircare, body care, skincare, and wellness. Our ideal client is a brand that's already generating revenue, has a product people love, and wants to build a consistent content presence without managing influencers themselves.
We're not a good fit for brands that are still validating their product, want a single influencer shoutout, or are looking for guaranteed sales results.
Category focus is a competitive advantage. By working exclusively in beauty and skincare, we've built deeper knowledge of the creator landscape, the content formats that perform, and the nuances of Indian beauty audiences. A generalist agency simply can't match that depth.
A standard Influnest engagement includes: creator sourcing and vetting, outreach and agreements, product logistics coordination, creative briefs, content creation management, revision rounds, and final organised delivery with rights documentation.
We also include several bonuses with every engagement: creator brief templates, a UGC strategy playbook, ad creative guidance, and a campaign close report.
This varies based on campaign scope and objectives. Typically, we work with anywhere from 5 to 15+ micro-influencers in a single campaign cycle. We discuss the right volume during our strategy call based on your goals, timeline, and budget.
We coordinate posting timelines with creators and confirm they post within agreed windows. We do not directly control creator accounts or publish on their behalf — creators post independently as per their agreement.
For your brand's own channels, we deliver the content and provide guidance on usage — but your social media management is outside our scope.
Not currently. Our focus is creator sourcing, UGC content production, and influencer campaign execution. We intentionally stay in our lane so we can do it exceptionally well. Social media management is a separate discipline and we'd recommend a dedicated partner for that.
A typical campaign runs 5–6 weeks from strategy call to final content delivery. This includes sourcing (1–2 weeks), outreach and logistics (1 week), content creation (2 weeks), and delivery. Rush timelines are possible for certain campaign types — we'd discuss this during your strategy call.
Minimal. Your main touchpoints are: the initial strategy call (45–60 min), reviewing and approving the campaign brief, reviewing the creator shortlist, and reviewing content in the approval round. Outside of those check-ins, everything is managed by us.
We handle it. Creator drop-outs are rare given our vetting and agreement process, but they do happen. If a creator is unable to deliver, we replace them or redistribute the scope — without delay or additional cost to you. Delivery commitment is non-negotiable for us.
No — unless you want to. We manage all creator communication on your behalf. Your brand never has to chase a creator for deliverables, answer questions, or handle revisions. That's our job. If you'd like to be introduced to specific creators after delivery, we can facilitate that.
We maintain a curated network of beauty and skincare micro-influencers built over time, supplemented by active sourcing for each campaign. Creators are found through organic discovery, referrals, platform tools, and niche community research. Every creator is vetted — not just shortlisted from a database.
We typically work with creators in the 5,000–100,000 follower range, with a focus on engagement quality and audience fit over raw numbers. A creator with 12,000 highly engaged beauty followers is more valuable to a skincare brand than one with 200,000 generic followers.
Absolutely. You receive a shortlist for review and can request swaps before we begin outreach. We don't move forward without your sign-off on the creator roster.
Yes — all content is delivered with usage rights documentation that covers paid advertising use. We also provide guidance on how to structure briefs specifically to get UGC that performs well in paid campaigns. Paid ad readiness is a core consideration, not an afterthought.
No — and anyone who does is misleading you. Sales and ROAS depend on many factors outside a content campaign: your product, pricing, website conversion, ad strategy, audience targeting, and market conditions. We don't control any of those.
What we guarantee is structured execution and content delivery as agreed. We're honest about what we can and can't promise — and that honesty is worth more in the long run.
We define success in terms of execution: content delivered, creators who completed their agreements, quality of assets produced, and timeline adherence. We measure what we're responsible for — and report it in a campaign close document.
Downstream performance (reach, engagement, conversions) is tracked by your team using your own analytics. We'll provide guidance on what to look for, but those numbers are your data to own.
Revision rounds are built into every engagement. If content doesn't meet brief standards, we go back to the creator or replace the piece. We also have an early satisfaction check-in at the start of the engagement — if something feels off, we address it then, not at the end.
We don't publish pricing on our website, so the best way to find out is to book a call. We work with brands at different stages and campaign scopes vary widely. That said, we do require that brands are already generating some revenue — we're not the right fit for pre-launch validation.
We hear this often. The most common complaints we hear: agencies overpromise results, go quiet mid-campaign, deliver inconsistent content, and offer no structure. We've built Influnest specifically to address those failures — with clear deliverables, structured timelines, full communication, and honest expectations from day one.
We can't undo a past bad experience, but we can show you a different way of working. That's what the strategy call is for.
Our creator network is based in India and our campaigns are designed for Indian beauty audiences. If your brand is targeting Indian consumers specifically, we may be a fit regardless of where you're headquartered. Reach out and we'll discuss whether it makes sense.
The best way to get your specific questions answered is on a strategy call. No obligation — just a real conversation.
